All In For Women is the inaugural event in the All In series—an invitation-only celebrity charity poker experience created to bring extraordinary people together in support of women.
Launching during Las Vegas Race Week, the event combines world-class poker, elevated hospitality, entertainment and philanthropy in one highly curated evening. Its purpose is to generate visibility, funding and meaningful long-term impact for organizations advancing women’s safety, dignity, wellbeing and opportunity.

The work behind Luminary Events began long before All In For Women.
For more than a decade, members of the Luminary team have produced, supported and contributed to recognized celebrity and philanthropic experiences, including the American Red Cross Red Tie Affair in Santa Monica, This Time Foundation’s Run for Nepal and The Ride 4 Red Celebrity Bike Tour.

Kelsey T. Howard is a veteran film and television producer, director and co-founder of Primetime Pictures, with more than 50 IMDb credits across a career spanning decades. His body of work includes productions such as Scorched, Replicant and Cruel World, which he directed and produced and which brought together a notable ensemble cast. Beyond the screen, Kelsey has been a longtime creative force behind celebrity charity events, combining Hollywood relationships, visual storytelling and production expertise with a deep commitment to philanthropy. He has also held senior roles with the American Red Cross, This Time Foundation, and Founder of All In For Women, helping connect entertainment, influential talent and meaningful causes.
MARCIA CALDIROLA
Marcia Caldirola is a highly respected philanthropic leader and relationship-builder with decades of nonprofit development experience across the United States, Asia, and Africa. She has held senior roles with the American Red Cross, March of Dimes, and Hawaiian Humane Society, and was a driving force behind the celebrated Red Tie Affair during her tenure as Director of Development for the American Red Cross of Santa Monica. A co-founder of This Time Foundation and All In For Women, Marcia has spent her career connecting charities, businesses, and celebrity supporters around meaningful causes. Known for making people feel instantly welcomed, valued, and inspired, she is deeply respected, genuinely beloved—and, quite simply, everyone loves Marcia.

Former Miss Canada, MBA, and award-winning social impact strategist, Shannon has spent more than two decades at the intersection of leadership, philanthropy, entertainment and social impact. As a recognized public figure and celebrity herself, she has attended hundreds of high-profile events around the world—including the Grammy Awards, the JUNO Awards, multiple American Red Cross Red Tie Affairs, and charitable, entertainment and red-carpet experiences across North America and internationally. She has also produced and led hundreds of events throughout her career, including hosting for TSN. Shannon is the CEO of Insight Global, Founder of Aurora Impact Foundation, Co-Founder of All In For Women, and a Global Ambassador for the Women of Inspiration Awards.

Dr. Cesar Aristeiguieta, MD, FACEP
Senior Advisor, Humanitarian Impact & Strategic Relations
Dr. Cesar Aristeiguieta is a board-certified emergency physician, humanitarian leader, public servant and award-winning photographer whose career spans medicine, government, nonprofit leadership and the arts. He was appointed a White House Fellow by President George W. Bush, served as Director of the California Emergency Medical Services Authority and held leadership roles with the Medical Board of California. A longtime supporter of the American Red Cross, Dr. Aristeiguieta served on its national Board of Governors and has volunteered with the organization for decades. His dedication to service and community impact is complemented by his work as an award-winning nature photographer, with photography published in National Geographic and other publications. Dr. Aristeiguieta brings a rare combination of medical leadership, humanitarian service, strategic relationships and visual storytelling to the event.
